Fluoroquinolones have great efficacy, broad spectrum of activity, used for treatment of several infections, due to miss use and uncontrolled use of antibacterial agents, lead to emergence of bacterial resistance. Therefore new fluoroquinolones derivatives were synthesized and their biological activities were studied according to their some computational properties. Aim: To predict the antibacterial activity of newly synthesized norfloxacin derivatives depending on their computational investigated properties. Material and method: Seven norfloxacin derivatives have been designed; their physical properties have been investigated using quantum chemistry computational methods. Results: There were six descriptions (one electronic, three physicochemical and two geometric) have highly compatible with Norfloxacin derivative activity, can be used to predicts of their activity by using QSAR equation of Norfloxacin derivatives.

The review show the role of Nonsteroidalanti inflammatory agents and their moieties in key biological processes. They are wide used group of medicines derivatives utilized to treat a variety of medical pain conditions. One of these classes of drugs is naproxen that is commonly utilized. Despite its gastrointestinal side effects, most of this group of medicines was safely utilized for decades due to their low cost. They have reverse activities to inflammation, also pharmacological activity of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines, such as antibacterial properties, have been the subject of considerable research in recent years, NSAIDs medicines works in manner that inhibiting all enzymes of cyclooxygenase group. This mechanism is interested in the possibility that cyclooxygenase two enzyme inhibits microbial development, which is characterized by the appearance of cyclooxygenase two enzyme. NSAIDs having derivatives molecules, they were always explored.

Listeria monocytogenes is a gram-positive facultative foodborne pathogen that causes a disease called human listeriosis. Elderly people, children, immunocompromised people, and pregnant women are most affected by listeriosis. Some strains of Listeria have developed resistance to several conventionally used antibiotics. Thus, the search for antibacterial agents against such emerging drug-resistant bacteria is currently an area of research worldwide. Metallic nanoparticles derived from various metals have been extensively investigated for their microbicidal properties. The outstanding bactericidal properties exhibited by these metallic nanoparticles have backed their merit as future antimicrobial agents. The present review aims to present an overview of listeriosis, available therapy against Listeria, and gaps in the existing anti-listerial treatment. Further, green synthesized metallic nanoparticles, their merits, and antimicrobial potential against L.monocytogenes have been summarized. The synthesis of nanoparticles using plant extracts has more benefits than any other nanoparticle synthesis method. This is because the method of green synthesis employs minimal steps, is eco-friendly, cost-effective, relatively safer, compatible with pharmaceutical applications, and easy to upscale. Many plants' secondary metabolites serve as reducing and stabilizing agents to synthesize these metallic nanoparticles. Several thus synthesized plant-mediated nanoparticles have exhibited good antibacterial activity against L.monocytogenes.

The commercial value of untreated wool is determined by its quality, which is assessed by a standard assessment of characteristics including average fiber diameter, coefficient of variation, staple characteristics, coefficient of variation in fineness and fiber yield. The characteristics of the wool are important in determining the price, the quality of the manufactured products and the end use. The development and availability of new technologies and equipment has made it possible to objectively measure many more characteristics of unprocessed wool than was possible in the past. In article the results of researches on studying the influence of mass sample frequency on the results of woolen fiber fineness measurements on the acoustic device are presented.

Keywords: Acoustic instrument, wool, average diameter, sound signal, error, frequency of sound oscillations, sample mass, determining factor.
